With minor playing wear/blemishes, these Avante Gryphons are a great deal! The Avante Gryphon has been immensely popular, and we happen to have three sweet sounding and easy playing demo pieces for under $1000.

All solid woods with Mahogany back, sides, and neck with a Sitka Spruce top, these 18.1" scale instruments are tuned D-D, almost an octave higher than a standard guitar. With a capo on the second fret, you are at a full octave above and all the familiar fingerings work. Great for solo playing and accompanying other insrtuments and voices. The 12 string Gryphons are tuned in unison pairs and produce a natural chorus and high tuned sparkle that define these instruments. The 6 string has the same sparkle but allows the player to dig in a little more to deliver a similar but distinct voice.
